Description
Marvin is a silver cybernetic half dragon with gold plated armor, and he is part of an elite group of guardian knights in his world. He came here from another dimension, tracking down a known criminal from his realm into this one. He has since joined the ranks of Paragon City's heroes, though his primary goal is still the capture of the rogue half-dragon who escaped here, to bring her back to justice. Since arriving, he's upgraded his cybernetics and his armour, taking advantage of the technology of this world.
