Description
She was "born" a mild mannered clone, made from Babs the former Arachnos super soldier. Frozen Stiff's story took a dark turn when she was tragically bitten by a zombie at Chernobyl in the middle of winter and fell into the nearby freezing water where she was entombed in the radioactive ice. Eventually her icy prison was shattered by a bolt of lightning summoned by a Burmese thunder god during the lunar equinox at Stonehedge. Ater her corpse was recovered, it was injected with nanomachines when it began to animate.
That is when her powers began to manifest.
