Tommi (Riot) was born of a loveless union between two Arcane Supervillains, Spinebreaker and Witchcrown.
During her pregnancy, Witchcrown poured all of her Mystic arts into imbuing her growing child with unholy powers in order to raise a god-like being to conquer the world in her name.
Her plan backfired spectacularly when she died of severe internal injuries during the arcane-birthing ritual. Tommi was found in her lair after a tip-off to the authorities.
A child of the state, Tommi went first to an orphanage then through many foster homes before running away at 11 years old. Surviving on the streets using his extraordinary powers to make a living, he has learned to scrap and fight to survive the harsh street gangs of Galaxy City.
Now at 17 his burgeoning powers are ascending to new levels and he has decided to take up a new Super-identity as Riot. Many challenges lay ahead for Tommi as the threat of Arachnos and the Rikti invasion continues unche
